Spend in, sales out, on one screen.
Connect your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts to see what each campaign cost next to the leads and sales it actually produced.
What you'll see
One row per campaign, for the date range you pick: spend, leads, qualified leads, sales, revenue, cost per lead, cost per sale and ROAS. Leads and sales come from your own CRM records, not from a pixel's guess.
| Campaign | Spend | Leads | Sales | Revenue | Cost per sale | ROAS |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Instagram: Laptops under ₹30,000 | ₹42,000 | 186 | 21 | ₹5,62,000 | ₹2,000 | 13.4x |
| Google Search: refurbished laptop Noida | ₹38,500 | 74 | 15 | ₹4,31,000 | ₹2,567 | 11.2x |
| Facebook lead form: Diwali offer | ₹55,000 | 412 | 9 | ₹2,18,000 | ₹6,111 | 4.0x |
In the example above, the Diwali lead form brought the most leads by far and the fewest sales. That is the kind of thing a spend-only dashboard hides, because 412 leads at a low cost per lead looks like the best campaign on the page.
How it works
Connect the account
Go to Settings → Integrations and choose Google Ads or Meta ads. You are sent to Google or Meta to sign in and approve access, then back to vedhasAI. You pick which accounts to read; nothing else is touched.Daily sync
Once a day we fetch campaign names and the metrics listed below for recent dates, so late-attributed conversions are picked up. You can trigger a sync by hand when you want fresher numbers.Matched with your leads
Leads already carry the campaign they came from, captured at the moment the chat started. We match spend to those campaigns rather than asking you to tag anything manually.Read the report
Pick a date range and read cost per lead, cost per sale and ROAS per campaign. Sales and revenue come from the lead records your team actually closed.
What we access
Everything we read from a connected ad account, why it is needed, and how long it stays. Nothing outside this list is requested.

Coming next
Sending conversions back to Google Ads and Meta
Coming soonToday the data flows one way: we read what your campaigns cost. Next, you will be able to send a qualified lead or a closed sale back to Google Ads and Meta as an offline conversion, so their own optimisation learns from what actually became revenue. It will be off by default, per account, and you will choose which events count.
