Refund and cancellation policy

How to cancel a {{brand}} subscription, when refunds apply, and how long money takes to come back.

vedhasAI is a digital subscription service provided by TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME. This policy explains cancellation and refunds, and forms part of the Terms of Service.

No shipping

vedhasAI is delivered entirely online. Nothing is shipped, so no shipping or delivery charges apply and no delivery policy is needed.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

  1. Open the app at https://vedhasai.com and go to Settings → Billing, or
  2. Email support@vedhasai.com from the address on the account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your workspace stays fully usable until then, and automatic renewal stops. We do not pro-rate or refund the remaining part of a cycle you have already paid for, unless the law requires it.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, because the Service is available to you throughout the period you paid for.

We will refund where:

  • we charged you in error, or charged you twice;
  • we terminated your subscription without cause, in which case we refund the unused part of the period; or
  • a mandatory provision of applicable consumer law requires a refund.

Early-access features are provided without charge or as part of an existing plan. Their availability changing is not a ground for a refund of the plan.

What is billed separately

WhatsApp messaging charges are set and billed by Meta according to its own rate card. They are not part of your vedhasAI subscription and we cannot refund them. The same applies to your own spend on Google Ads and Meta ads.

How to request a refund

Email support@vedhasai.com with the account email, the invoice number and what went wrong. We acknowledge within 30 days and tell you whether the refund is approved.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We initiate them within 7 business days of approval. After that, how long the money takes to appear depends on your payment provider and bank, typically 5 to 10 business days. We cannot speed that part up.

Taxes

Where GST or other taxes were charged, refunds are processed inclusive of tax as required by law, and a credit note is issued.

Your data after cancellation

Cancelling stops billing; it does not by itself delete your data. Export anything you need before the period ends. Deletion timelines, and how to ask for deletion sooner, are in How to delete your data.
